Neither of those films are MCU movies, and from what Molina has said about his comeback, it seems they'll be coming back as we last saw them.

That's enough about the MCU characters though, as the big news for the third movie is that Jamie Foxx is reprising his role as Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Alfred Molina is back as Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2.
